Picking a flower girl is a great way to show a little girl in your life how special she is to you. The flower girl usually makes an appearance after the maid of honor has walked down the aisle. Her presence signals the bride’s arrival as she prepares the path for the bride by sprinkling flower petals along the aisle. She is usually dressed in white, and looks similar to a miniature version of the bride. One of the fun parts of planning a wedding for the bride is choosing one out of the many for the little girl to wear that compliments the brides dress and/or the colors the bride has picked for the wedding. Some might be surprised at how much preparation and planning needs to happen in order to get the little flower girl ready for her moment in the big day.
